… a special person to be an Early Years Special Support Assistant for a child with learning and emotional needs

We are looking for an applicant who is/has:

·        experience of supporting children within the Early Years environment

·        experience of supporting children with speech and language needs

·        experience  of running interventions under guidance

·        experience of supporting children with moderate learning difficulties

·        knowledge of strategies and  resources children with these needs may benefit from

·        experience of supporting children whose frustrations may result in difficulties managing emotions

·        experience of motivating children who may have become demotivated

·        calm and confident, adaptable and flexible

·        enthusiastic, positive and creative

·        resilient, persistent and willing to get involved

·        ability to  contribute to a supportive team

·        Maths and English qualifications A*-C grade
