Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an outstanding Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic EYFS team in September 2021. St. Mewan is a popular two form entry primary school on the outskirts of St. Austell with a busy and vibrant nursery class attached. The school has excellent outdoor learning facilities with a Forest School area currently under development and this is an exciting time to join our team.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and caring individual to work with our Early Years Lead Teacher and Nursery Manager to continue to provide amazing learning experiences for our very youngest pupils.

We are looking for a teacher who

• is dedicated to and passionate about learning and teaching

• Consistently demonstrates good to outstanding teaching

• Has high expectations of themselves and that of the children they
       teach

• Has good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum

• Has good behavioural management

• Aspires to develop as a professional within a Primary environment

• Uses initiative, helping to develop creative learning experiences for the children they teach

• Is reflective in their practice, striving for excellence with a willingness to adapt practice to suit learners needs

• Is a team player

• Has a positive outlook

This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.
