An exciting opportunity has arisen at Minehead First School, which is part of Beacon Education. Trustees, staff, parents and pupils are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work in our team covering Maternity leave. We are a rapidly improving school, teaching children from Pre-School to Year 4, located in the popular seaside town of Minehead with access to Exmoor National Park. This striking coastline makes West Somerset a delightful place to live and raise a family

The successful applicant will be a positive, hardworking, skilled and ambitious practitioner who wants to make a real difference to children’s lives and is ready and able to take on a role teaching our children and working in harmony with staff, families and other key stakeholders. Our staff are motivated to improve the learning journey for every single pupil in our care. Staff are dedicated to improving the life chances of the children in our community.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated teacher who has the ability to bring learning to life. You will be able to inspire our children to become independent, enthusiastic learners and be a team player who is eager to take on challenges.
