Job overview

Northampton International Academy is recruiting staff to join us in September as we add two new secondary year groups to the school.

From September, we will have Years 7 through to 10 and our first Year 12 intake, as well as a further year group in our primary phase. By 2021, we will have around 2,200 pupils, making us one of the largest free schools in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our school, following our move into our new state-of-the-art building last September. NIA is already proving a top choice for families across the area who are looking for high quality education in modern teaching facilities.

For staff who would like to apply but not disrupt their current school, we will be running an introductory event on Wednesday, January 30th for candidates to teach a class of our current pupils outside of typical school hours. We can then arrange formal interviews to follow.

We would love to hear from enthusiastic subject specialists with a passion for working with diverse, curious and ambitious pupils. We expect a lot from our staff but the rewards on offer and opportunities that a school of this size can provide make NIA a unique project for those looking for something on which to make their mark.
