Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in the Ashington area. This is a full -time primary teaching role, working within the EYFS team which will commence in April 2020 until July 2020.

The role

Working as part of a dynamic and creative Early Years team, the Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) will focus on providing general classroom support for a mixed class while also helping support some children with SEN.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA), you will:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.

• Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary environment.

• Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups with varying levels of SEN.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

• Have experience in a primary environment.

• Ideally have experience delivering Reading and Writing interventions.
