We are seeking to appoint a professional and committed Facilities and Lettings Manager. The key focus of the role is to ensure a high standard environment is maintained for all stakeholders, and to promote school lettings through:
• Managing and monitoring of external facilities and catering contactors against service levels and KPIs
• Liaison with school staff on requirements
• Responsibility for Health & Safety
• Managing the school lettings service
You will lead on all day-to-day operational matters, and liaise closely with our contracted facilities and catering providers.
As a strong leader you will be confident in managing a varied workload and prioritising between changing demands, promote effective and supportive working relationships and be able to manage works projects. Additionally, you will support the Vice Principal, Resources in tendering and strategic monitoring of facilities and lettings.
