We are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to manage the security and maintenance of all Norland College’s sites, including the new college campus based at Oldfield Park.  The post holder will also be required to manage the contracts for the College’s resources and utilities.  Working closely with the Head of HR, Resources and Compliance, the Facilities Manager will also ensure that the College complies with all current legislation relating to health and safety.

You will need to hold a NVQ Level 4 in Facilities Management, or equivalent, have extensive experience in a facilities-related role and be confident in building up-keep and grounds maintenance.
