Lumen Christi Catholic College is a vibrant co-educational Kindergarten to Year 12 College located in beautiful Pambula Beach on the Far South Coast of New South Wales.

Reporting to the Business Manager you play a pivotal role in the operations of the College including working as part of an inclusive and engaging community. As Facilities Manager will responsible for operational property and maintenance matters, including security, overseeing of cleaners, day-to-day property and equipment maintenance, and the general care of all grounds and facilities.  You will also support and work with the Business Manager in relation to any capital works projects.

To be successful in this role you will be a multi-skilled handyperson with a “can do attitude” that will enable you to deliver services and support across a broad range of property, maintenance and operational areas. You will be known for your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes, balancing a broad range of priorities under a service/customer delivery model. You will have a strong commercial acumen to ensure the College achieves the best value for money in relation to property, maintenance and operations as be able to communicate and work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders as well as utilise maintenance related computer systems.

Demonstrated hands on experience in construction/maintenance including well developed time/project management skills are essential.

This position will be employed as General Employee in School Operational Services Stream as Level 4 Step 1 Unaveraged- $59,199.00 pa, plus Super.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEO policy.
