Job Title:       Facilities Manager

Location:       Willow Park School, Milton Keynes

Salary:         £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience 

Hours:         40 hours per week

Contract:            Permanent

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our brand-new team at Willow Park School, Milton Keynes. 

The Facilities Manager will contribute to the growth and development of the college and will lead on the delivery of providing a warm, safe, and secure environment in which all learners are able to thrive.

This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager who wants to influence the outcomes for students with SEMH and various complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a college where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The successful candidate must have site management experience, along with knowledge of building regulations and health and safety policies and procedures. You will be able to respond to emergency situations in a calm and rational manner and be able to work as part of a team and independently.

Willow Park School is a brand new 55 place SEN school for children with complex needs including SEMH and Autism. A co -educational provision with entry from 9 years to 16 years old. Willow Park School is an exciting addition to the Acorn portfolio based in Milton Keynes. Willow Park School is proposed to open in September 2023
