RIC seeks to appoint an experienced manager to lead, develop and support our ancillary teams to deliver high standards of service.
In this role you would be responsible for the management and development of the school facilities including maintenance, housekeeping, transport and catering departments. The facilities manager will also be the College's Health and Safety lead. The ethos is informal and collegiate and we are looking for applicants who are comfortable working in teams and rolling their sleeves up and getting involved in whatever needs doing.

Rochester Independent College is a fee-paying co-educational secondary with sixth form in Medway. There are 380 pupils on the school roll with 120 boarders. The college opened in 1984. The school’s mascot is the Flying Pig. The town of Rochester is located 30 miles away from London. The school operates minibus services across Kent. There is no uniform at the school, and teachers are addressed by their first names.
