Facilities Site Supervisor and Services Officer  

To assist the Facilities Manager in the day to day operations, building maintenance, property repair, refurbishment and monitoring of contracts to the College.   

Rate of pay: Scale 5, Points 25 - 28, £22,490 - £24,402 per annum.   

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends). 

Contract:  Full time, permanent.            

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).  

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have level 3 qualification, eg NVQ level 3/ Advanced Craft Certificate in relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience.  Experience of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building services maintenance and repair work is essential, along with an understanding of health and safety issues including statutory compliances. A clean valid driving licence is also essential.
