FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

H4 Pt 6-9

£19,171 - £20,344 (Pro-Rata)

Plus Fringe allowance

Actual Salary - £11,918-£12,616 including fringe

  22 hours a week, 52 weeks a year

Required for immediate start

The successful candidate will:

• Work as part of a busy Premises and Lettings Team

• Undertake various duties to include securing the School site and its security

• Recycling and waste management

• Setting up and down of varying activities and liaising with contractors

• Be a key holder

• Excellent CPD opportunities

About the role:

• Under direction, oversee the lettings of the School premises, to include the Sports Hall, Gym, Dance Studio and Swimming Pool (weekday evenings) and on a rota basis at the weekends

• Market the School’s facilities

• Supervise Lettings Assistants

• Problem solve and ensure that customers experience a safe and high class experience
