Faculty Administrative Officer (part time)
Guildford College Group is seeking to appoint a Faculty Administrative Officer to provide an effective, efficient and comprehensive administrative service to support the Faculty Resource Officer.
This will be a varied role and some of the responsibilities will include providing a reception facility for internal and external visitors to the Faculty, minute taking, photocopying and typing of general correspondence and administration and general arrangements associated with educational visits.
This is a permanent, part time position working 18 hours per week (0.5 FTE) based at our Stoke Park Campus. Actual salary is £9,343 - £10,501 per annum.
