About Govan High School

Govan High School is a mixed, non-denominational, non-selective secondary school with sixth form  in Glasgow serving students from the age of 12-18. There are approximately 417 students on record.

Govan High School was established in 1974 and has been at its resent site since 1969. The building was refurbished and re-opened in 2002 by former pupil, Sir Alex Ferguson CBE. Facilities at the secondary school include a swimming pool, sports pitches and ICT suite.
