Faculty Leader Humanities

The Governing body of King’s Leadership Academy Liverpool are seeking to appoint a passionate Faculty Leader of Humanities to join an outstanding department.

King’s is a non-selective school that was founded on traditional values and international research. The school is OFSTED rated good and oversubscribed in year 7.

The Humanities faculty is forward thinking and has established a scholarly community, where innovative teachers develop talented students. For the successful candidate this is a unique opportunity to join a superb team and shape the department's future success. The curriculum is exciting and knowledge based, with students across all ages genuinely enjoying their humanities lessons. Departmental resources and schemes of work are of a very high standard and support teacher work-life balance through minimal marking and research informed pedagogy.
