As Faculty Leader, you will play a key role within the College to ensure outcomes and curriculum are of the highest standard for all of our students regardless of ability or aptitude.  You will be able to lead both colleagues and students through building positive nurturing relationships and believe in a truly values led approach to education.

The faculty consists of ten Mathematicians and one Business Studies teacher.  The faculty follow a mastery curriculum at Key Stage 3, supported by White Rose Maths, and follow the Edexcel syllabus at GCSE and A level.  Business Studies follow Edexcel at GCSE and A level.  We also deliver Core Maths at Key Stage 5. Both maths and Business Studies are amongst the most popular subjects in the Sixth Form.

We place great emphasis on helping staff settle happily and purposefully with us.  Careful attention is paid to inductions and professional development. The successful applicant can look forward to joining a strong and supportive team of dedicated and hardworking colleagues.
