Are you ready for a new professional opportunity? Do you want to be part of a friendly and supportive academy where the professional development of all staff is given a very high priority?

We are looking for an outstanding Mathematics teacher, who has the qualities to lead colleagues to secure the highest possible standards in teaching, learning and outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for colleagues who aspire to work as a senior leader in the future as the role will involve significant leadership responsibility. If you are able to motivate all students to achieve or exceed their target grades, if you are passionate about Mathematics and are driven to ensure students receive the best possible experience, then this role is for you.

The successful candidate will:

Ø Raise achievement through motivating, challenging and inspiring our students;

Ø Have a commitment to inclusion;

Ø Help foster a culture of high expectations and achievement within the department;

Plume Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and Trustees to share this commitment. All appointments are therefore subject to satisfactory DBS and Immigration Checks, together with the receipt of references and only applications submitted on the Academy’s application form will be considered.
