As a Faculty Leader, you will have a key role to play in driving forward the quality of academic provision and helping us to deliver our promise of providing outstanding educational outcomes and exciting experiences for every student.

Highly visible, ambitious and professional, full time members of our team, Faculty Leaders will inspire students and staff through their high expectations, passion for learning and dedication to raising achievement.

As Faculty Leader (STEM), you will lead the delivery and development of Science, Mathematics and Computing Science at College Alpin Beau Soleil.  Promoting a collaborative and creative approach and drawing on our links with world leading institutions such as MIT, your passion for STEM will inspire and motivate students and colleagues alike.

Supported by a Second in Faculty, you will take responsibility for: curriculum delivery, teaching and learning, student achievement, training and development.  Working collaboratively with the Assistant Head (Academic), other Faculty Leaders and key members of the academic and pastoral teams, you will help us to build an aspirational culture committed to ongoing improvement.

With some experience of middle leadership and the desire to develop your career and that of others, you will   be eager to learn, collaborate and innovate.   Amongst other things, you’ll be well organised, have a good sense of humour and will want to participate fully in the extra-curricular aspects of school life including the boarding provision as well as the classroom.

In addition to being highly successful in its own right, College Alpin Beau Soleil is a member of the Nord Anglia Education family of premium international schools. This means you’ll be joining an international team in which thoughts and ideas are shared around the globe as we strive to make our schools the very best in the world. You will have the security and opportunities that come from being part of a high quality global organisation dedicated to education and professional development.

In return for your passion to deliver the highest quality all-round boarding education you will enjoy a competitive salary, and places in the school for your children. You will also have the opportunity to live and work in the stunningly beautiful Swiss Alpine ski resort of Villars-sur-Ollon.

Here at College Alpin Beau Soleil, we are a close knit team who are proud of our school and boarding community.
