Permanent, Term Time 32.5 hrs per week, 

Working hours 10.00am – 5.00pm

Salary Scale: Bournemouth Grade 6, pt 16 - 22

pro rata Salary £18,627 - £20,977- (£24,432 - £27,514 FTE)

To support the Safeguarding Team and Designated Safeguarding Lead (AVP) by recording information relating to pupil’s performance at school, safeguarding information, their attendance, and review dates. To be trained and act as a DDSL, and to work towards a positive outcome for all pupils with parents, other schools and agencies and all staff within the school.

Safeguarding training to level 3 would be preferred, and experience of working in a SEN school, and knowledge of how to support young people with additional needs is essential. Also essential is an ability to maintain resilience, understanding and positive thinking when working with challenging pupils, alongside excellent organizational and time management skills.
