Required for October 2017 or ASAP for this inclusive school a calm, positive and enthusiastic person who is able to support and guide our families effectively and in turn tackle and overcome barriers to learning.
The duties will include:
- To ensure the children of the locality live in a safe and supportive family environment.
- To plan and deliver practical support, advice and guidance to vulnerable families.
- To ensure families are supported to recognise their roles and responsibilities in the emotional, social, physical and educational development of their children.
- To provide a generic emotional well-being role.
To encourage and enable parents to access self-development, educational and parenting programmes.
