We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Family Liaison Officer. This is a new position here at Calday Grange Grammar School and will support our Pastoral Department working alongside key school staff as well as various external agencies.

The successful candidate must: 

  •  Have experience of working effectively with students, young people and families
  • Have experience of working within the Early Help process
  •  Have the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with parents/carers and students
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and carry out the role effectively, knowing when to seek help and advice
  •  Have a full understanding of current legislation, policy and guidance relating to the work of student services and the Students and Families Act 2014 
  •  Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  •  Be committed to supporting the school vision, mission and values
