We are looking for a Family Support Key Worker who will:

• work directly with families and students to support, motivate, and encourage students to succeed

• work with relevant teams to safeguard children and young people and overcome barriers to learning

• actively support young people and their families to improve attendance 

• bring knowledge and experience to secure positive outcomes through family support

• model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work and a good sense of humour.

The successful candidate will fully embrace our ethos of ‘Belong, Believe Achieve’ whilst bringing fresh ideas that will build on current strengths and achievements.
