Term time only – 36.5 hours per week

Point 10-17 Full Time Salary - £21,695 - £24,920

Pro Rata Term Time Only (Actual Salary) £19,308- £22,178

An excellent opportunity has arisen for this new position as part of the further development of the Inclusion Team at Colmers School and Sixth Form College.

Principle duties and responsibilities will be to work with the Safeguarding, Attendance and Pastoral team to provide support for vulnerable pupils and families. In so doing you will join a highly motivated and successful team with the aims of further improving attendance, reducing poor punctuality, addressing safeguarding concerns and improving access to educational opportunities.

A minimum of a Level 3 qualification will be required although Level 4 is desirable. Experience of working with other agencies and within an education or welfare/social services setting is essential.
