What we're looking for:
The children, staff and governors of this friendly, outstanding inner-city Federation are looking for a Family Support Worker to promote positive attitudes by students and families towards education, and to work with them in order that students may benefit fully from the opportunities available to them.

Salary: Scale 6 (£28,752 - £29,796)
35 hours per week Monday to Friday
(Term Time Only + inset = 39 weeks)
Contract: Permanent

LUCAS VALE PRIMARY SCHOOL
Lucas Vale is situated in Deptford off the Lewisham Way, between Lewisham College and Goldsmiths University. It is well served by a range of public transport including good bus services, London Underground (East London Line currently being rebuilt) and British Rail (New Cross and New Cross Gate Stations), the Docklands Light Railway (Deptford Bridge) and British Rail (St John’s Station). It is easily accessible from central London.
Lucas Vale is a two form entry school- with two bulge year groups (currently year 2 and 5)-and a Nursery. The school is part of the Grinling Gibbons and Lucas Vale Federation, which is led by an exceptional and visionary consultant executive head teacher. Currently, the school is in partnership with The Fairlawn and Haseltine Federation, two outstanding schools.
