We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Strengthening Families Support Worker to join Market Drayton Learning Partnership working across The Grove School, Market Drayton Junior School and Market Drayton Infant and Nursery School. This is a challenging and rewarding role working directly with families to influence and enable improvements in their lives.

The successful candidate will work directly with children, young people and their families in order to promote, strengthen and to develop the potential of parents/carers and their children. They will be the Lead Professional for families, coordinating a whole family approach of support to ensure that families get the right service at the right time which helps to overcome barriers to learning.

To be considered for the role you will need to have previous experience of working with families from a range of backgrounds and disciplines, multi-agency working, excellent communication skills, resilience and good judgement and problems solving skills.

We are looking for a dedicated team member with a passion to engage and support families in a multi-agency environment
