Our fast-track program for aspiring science teachers offers numerous benefits designed to support your professional growth and enhance your teaching experience:

1.    Enhanced Starting Salary: For a candidate starting ECT Year 1 a starting salary of M2 is offered. For candidates already teaching, an additional point of uplift will be applied.

2.    Accelerated Career Progression: Move up the career ladder more quickly with targeted professional development and mentorship. A TLR with significant departmental responsibility is guaranteed by the end of Year 2 for teachers who continue to progress and meet the Fast Track programme requirements. The Career Progression Plan will also include progression milestones for 5 & 10 years with an aim to be ready for Whole School Leadership.

2.    Year 2: Generate Teaching School ECT+ programme
