Finance/Administration Assistant – Arthur Terry School
Required as soon as possible
Permanent, term time only
15 hours per week
Thursday and Friday 8.15am – 4.15pm (with 30 min unpaid lunchbreak)
Salary: Grade 2 (£18,065.00 – £19,945.00 FTE, actual salary £6,383.60 – £7,047.93 pa)
We have an opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic administrator to join the busy Finance team at Arthur Terry School. Duties will include the processing of payments including using online banking systems and the cashless payment system, and the administration of school trips, as well as answering telephone enquiries from parents and staff, and general office duties. The post will suit someone who is flexible and likes to work in a busy environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
