Finance and HR Administrator

Great Oaks College is a specialist independent college that caters for students aged from 19 to 25. We are co-located within Oaklands School, in a new state of the art, purpose built premises in Gresham Road, Hounslow, close to Osterley Tube Station and other public transport links.

The college provides further educational opportunities to students age 19-24 that have moderate, severe, and profound and multiple learning difficulties or autism. We run three Pathways, Life Skills, Vocational and Sensory. Our education programmes are designed to prepare students for active lives, increasing the opportunities available to them through increased independence.

We are looking to employ a Finance and HR Administrator to work in our team. The ideal candidate will be respectful and self-motivated with strong IT skills, understanding Finance and HR Activities and ensuring Data Protection is followed at all times. As you will be working in a team you must possess strong interpersonal skills. 

We are interested to hear from you if you have an NVQ level3 in a relevant subject or equivalent and have worked in a similar environment before.

Actual Salary: £13,946 to £14,976 per annum 

Hours of work: 08:00 – 14:15 (Monday to Thursday).
