Competitive salary depending on experien The successful candidate will provide high quality leadership and management of the school’s finance and operational functions whilst bringing an enterprising approach to business development and strategy.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
· theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge across all disciplines of budget setting, financial management, administration, personnel, ICT and premises
· accounting experience gained in working in a similar senior role within education
· first class communication skills both verbal and written
· a strong understanding of IT and its potential for the organization
· a proven ability to successfully manage all resources effectively

Copthall School prides itself on educating 21st century women for successful careers in STEM, human, social and health sciences, performing arts and creative industries. We have approximately 1000 students on role, 120 of which are enrolled in our thriving Sixth Form which is in the top 12% of schools for A Level results.
