Our Governors are looking to appoint a well-qualified, experienced and dynamic Director of Finance & Operations to lead on all aspects of finance and operational input. The successful candidate will provide high quality leadership and management of the school’s finance and operational functions whilst bringing an enterprising approach to business development and strategy. Applications will also be considered from candidates looking to make a move into leadership.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
- theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge across all disciplines of budget setting, financial management, administration, personnel, ICT and premises
- accounting experience gained in working in a similar senior role within education
- first class communication skills both verbal and written
- a strong understanding of IT and its potential for the organization
- a proven ability to successfully manage all resources effectively
