We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Finance Assistant to support our Finance Manager in running the finance operation at Bute House. The role will provide staff with a range of financial and administrative support including: placing orders for goods and services, ensuring prompt payment of invoices and inputting of accounts. Candidates must be educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent and will ideally have, or be working towards, a finance, accountancy or bookkeeping qualification. Candidates will need excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive and flexible approach as well as the ability to use their initiative and work quickly and effectively in a busy school. Candidates must relish the idea of working in a school.
Bute House Preparatory School is an independent day school for 318 girls aged between 4 and 11 years old. The School is a dynamic place to work and is a supportive and happy environment.
