Term time + 3 weeks (42 weeks a year), 8am-4pm (36 hours pw)

Actual Salary: Scale 3:  £18,956 p.a - £19,835 p.a.

We are looking for a confident and self motivated finance assistant to be responsible for ensuring that the school receives income from parents, hirers and   students promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Premises and Finance Managers to co-ordinate bookings and sales invoices, as well as staff across the school in areas such as payments for school trips and performances. 

Experience of PS   Financials and ParentPay is very desirable but training will be given.

You will need  strong communication skills, demonstrating a tactful but firm approach to   debt recovery and income administration when dealing with parents, hirers, staff and students. Excellent excel and word skills are required and the successful  candidate will need to be a strong team player with a positive and pro-active  attitude.
