About the Role

This position will be responsible for assisting the Senior Officer, Business Information with the enterprise reporting (data capture, analysis, reporting, insights) associated with the regulatory data collection, school enrolment process and growth strategy and other general enterprise reporting.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite especially MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with schools and other stakeholders
  • Experience in business intelligence tool such as Tableau, PowerBI would be an advantage
  • Ability to align to the values of Catholic Education during the course of work and while interacting with all stakeholders
