We are now seeking to appoint a tenacious and highly collaborative Finance Director to join us on our journey. Working closely with the Co-Headteachers and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to genuinely shape all financial aspects of our school. This means delivering operational rigour, regular reporting to the SLT and Governing Body, and supportive management of your team. Coupled with this, our new Finance Director will play an integral role in driving forward a proactive customer focused, high performance and cost effective culture ensuring we are well-equipped to empower our vision and embrace change.

Naturally, you’ll bring a strong track record of dynamic finance leadership coupled with a detailed understanding of the systems needed to ensure robust financial planning. Based in Northumberland, Cramlington Learning Village is a mainstream secondary school for children aged between 11 and 18. It is non-denominational. The school has gained academy status. At the moment, there are around 2000 students being educated at the establishment situated in Cramlington. There are around 300 students between the age of 16 and 19 at the school.
