Finance Manager (3/4 days per week)

Connect Schools Academy Trust is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join the central team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong financial and technical background to support the Chief Financial Officer in leading the finance function for the Trust. This is an exciting time for the Trust as we consolidate our central services, and we are looking for someone with the potential to adapt and develop as the Trust grows.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing multi-million pound budgets, will be highly organised and able to deliver workstreams to tight deadlines. As well as managing the finance team, you will develop strong professional relationships with Headteachers and other key staff across the trust, delivering support and advice, in line with our finance policy and wider regulatory framework.
