The successful applicant will:

Applications are invited for the position of a College Finance Officer to work as part of the team in our busy office. The primary responsibility of the position is, but not limited to, provide effective and efficient tasks associated with the finance office and administration departments within the College. Prior experience working in a school finance department would be highly advantageous. Applicants should have prior 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Department, great work ethic, fast and accurate data entry skills, clear oral and written communication skills, exceptional customer service skills.
The successful applicant will display proven communication and interpersonal skills, show initiative, be able to work as a member of a team. This role also requires the successful applicant to be a skilful negotiator and be able to liaise with the school’s clients with empathy. The applicant will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement and discretion and confidentiality at all times.
