Finance Officer - St Thomas More College, SUNNYBANK. The employee in this position is required to demonstrate competency in the administrative support to senior management; handling financial correspondence; establishing and maintaining working Accounts Payable systems; and have the ability to apply knowledge and skills within the financial sector. A major focus of the role is one of attitude and personal attributes. The Finance Officer is required to possess a helpfulness of spirit, flexibility and excellent skills. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills including initiative and self-management, as well as the ability to work with limited supervision and guidance. Start Date: August 2018. Employment Tenure: Full Time Continuing and Term time with negotiated weeks. (Probation 6 months) Position open 13 July and closing Monday 30 July 2018

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   School Officer - Level 5 Step 1

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
