South Staffordshire College is looking to employ a keen, energetic, and enthusiastic Instructor to join our successful Floristry team to act as maternity cover.  

The successful candidate must have floristry industry experience. They must be well organised, have a flair for practical teaching, empathy for learners and demonstrate the ability to manage and run a commercial enterprise (shop).

The main duties will be to plan and deliver practical classes, to assist with ordering resources and materials, to help maintain the floristry learning resource and to set up and run commercial enterprise activities presenting real work opportunities for our students. 

A minimum level 3 qualification in floristry or equivalent practical experience is essential for the role.
