Requirements:

  • - Teachers with energy, creativity and a passion for working in early childhood education
  • - At least 2 years experience teaching in early childhood as verified by references
  • - Teacher Certification/ Education Degree preferred
  • - Degree + TEFL or TESOL certificate preferred
  • - English native level speaker 
  • - Understanding of curriculum development
  • - Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work successfully with both children and adults

Package:

  • - Competitive salary,  commensurate with qualifications and previous teaching experience. 
  • - Paid holidays
  • - The kindergarten will purchase and maintain private medical insurance for the employee with www.mshchina.com (through this insurance teachers have access to a wide network of direct billing hospitals)
  • - 8 days of full paid sick leave valid within a one-year employment contract
  • - A round-trip airfare (maximum 10,000 RMB) reimbursed annually. Half when the contract      starts and half when the contract finishes. For locally hired teachers the airfare will be covered by the school at the end of the first year.
  • - Quarterly and semester performance bonuses total 2,400 RMB per school year
  • - For the successful completion of a two-year contract a bonus of 2,500 RMB is awarded
  • - Lunch will be provided by our professional catering staff
  • - The school will apply and pay for the initial work visa to travel to China, then the work and residence permits when in China
