We seek to appoint a Food Technology Subject Leader to work in our expanding and very well resourced Technology department. Cooking is very popular among our students and Food Technology has been introduced at KS4 for the first time this year. A Food Technology Technician will support you in preparation and running of practical lessons.

You would be joining us at an incredibly exciting time in the School’s history. Rated “outstanding” by Ofsted in 2015 and celebrating its 150th anniversary this year, Central Foundation is the top performing non-selective all boys school in the country based on 2016 GCSE outcomes. In 2016, 84% of our Year 11 students achieved 5 A*-C grades including English and Maths while our Progress 8 was 0.65. Our Sixth Form is in the top 15% of all post 16 providers in the country.

The behaviour of students is outstanding and the disciplined environment allows the teachers to focus on delivering great academic outcomes.
