We are seeking an inspiring, creative and innovative Foundation Director of Music to lead the provision of Music across Merchant Taylors’ Schools, Crosby.  This new role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead the future provision of Music across both the Boys’ and Girls’ Schools, at what promises to be an exciting time in the Schools’ history with the 400th anniversary of its foundation approaching next year. 

You will be responsible for establishing a vision for music which ensures Merchant Taylors’ is a leading centre of musical scholarship. You will have a record of outstanding leadership in Music, proven experience in building successful relationships with staff and parents, and will be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower others.
