An amazing opportunity has arisen to become the Founding Principal of Secondary at the Asian University for Women, and change the lives of women across Asia.

AUW is a leading academic institution located in Chittagong, Bangladesh, dedicated to educating and empowering a rising network of women leaders from across the Asian continent and beyond, irrespective of their socio-economic background. AUW currently has 1400 students from 18 countries including: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Yemen.

The University has a special mission to serve women from communities that have been historically disenfranchised or whose lives have been abruptly disrupted by civil war or political upheavals, and to offer them a world-class education and leadership development.

This role requires an experienced leader in secondary education, who has worked with the British curriculum, and has the passion and desire create the female leaders of tomorrow.
