FOUNDING Principal/CEO – New GEMS Metropole School, Dubai
Required from September 2016

Following on from the success of GEMS Metropole School, Motor City, GEMS Education will be opening a new Metropole School in September 2017. Located in Al Waha, Dubai, the school will offer a technology enriched curriculum catering to specific student talent and providing opportunities for students to personalize and maximize their learning potential. The school with offer the National Curriculum for England and at capacity will cater to over 3000 students, Foundation Stage to Year 13. The school will open initially from Foundation Stage to Year 8.       

We require an exceptional leader to take the role of Founding Principal/CEO an academic year in advance of the school opening. You will have the opportunity to set the culture and vision for the school, develop and implement a robust and enriched curriculum as well as developing and embedding systems and practices that ensure excellence in learning and teaching. You will play an integral part in the marketing and promotion of the school, ensuring you build strong relationships with the parents and community to secure optimum enrolments and deliver an outstanding school from the outset.

You will be a highly successful and proven leader with a track record of educational excellence and tangible outcomes. A passionate educator, you should have a recent working knowledge of the National Curriculum for England, as well as excellent communication skills that will enable you to motivate and inspire all stakeholders.
