Founding School Principal

The Role:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Founding School Principal to lead and establish our school. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing the school's vision, culture, and curriculum while ensuring a high standard of education and fostering a supportive learning community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and management of staff.
• Design and implement a rigorous, balanced, and inclusive British curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for students and staff.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and legal requirements.
• Lead the school through vital accreditations including COBIS, BSME and BSO.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and students, implementing strategies for improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
• Strong understanding and experience with the UK-IGCSE curriculum
• Proven track record of successful school management and leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff members
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative educational programs
• A successful track record of accreditation processes

Desirable Skills:
• Experience in establishing or expanding a new school.
• Knowledge of international education standards and practices.
• Experience in working with diverse and multicultural communities.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in education.
