This ‘outstanding’ Sixth Form College, based in Manchester, is looking to appoint a Casual French Language Assistant to support our MFL department for at least 8 hours a week on a Tuesday and Wednesday (exact hours to be decided). Are you a Modern Foreign Languages Graduate or undergraduate looking to gain classroom experience? Are you passionate about languages and want to inspire the next generation of learners? Gain experience in a languages faculty as a French Teaching Assistant before your PGCE.The successful candidate should either be a fluent French language speaker or an MFL graduate with excellent French language skills (or working towards an MFL degree), have some experience working with children and hold a passion for education and languages
Start Date: as soon as possible
Hours: Employed on a casual basis for 8 hours per week during term time
Contract: On a temporary basis until the end of the academic year (July 2020)
Salary: £15 per hour
