Good Shepherd Primary School is known for its strong community spirit, commitment to family and strong link with the Parish of Holy Spirit. Literacy, Numeracy and ICT are key focus areas in our teaching, with staff active in developing our curriculum to ensure it is relevant and effective for all our students.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Front Office Manager at Good Shepherd Primary School. To be successful in this role, you will have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to relate with staff and parents in a professional, informed, adaptable and caring manner. You will possess the ability to prioritise workloads in an ever-changing office environment and work effectively as part of an enthusiastic, energetic and busy team. Experience in reception duties and general office functions is preferred.

Please note that this is a part-time (72 hours per fortnight, approximately 8:20am to 4:00pm) ongoing position commencing 28 January 2020. Additionally, note that this position is to replace an employee who has since retired.
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CE policy.
