FULL STACK DEVELOPER 

SUPPORT STAFF, PERMANENT CONTRACT

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our school. You will join our IT Services team in a very exciting time as we grow our internal service offerings. This role would be suitable for someone who has a passion for technology and can harvest this to have a positive effect on our pupils and staff.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about the role and have the ability to build effective working relationships with staff and pupils. They will also have excellent communication skills with the ability and willingness to deliver staff training.  

Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am - 4.15pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch) Daily start and finish times could be negotiated at interview. 

Salary: Scale 6/SO1 SCP 21-24 (Dependent on experience) 

(£25,801 - £27,905 pro rata, actual salary £ £21,831 - £23,612)

Contract: Permanent. Term Time Only, plus up to two additional weeks (overtime is paid for the additional two weeks worked during the holidays)

Hollingworth Academy is an oversubscribed 11-16 comprehensive situated off the M62/M60 in the town of Milnrow, Rochdale.  In 2008 an Ofsted Inspection graded Hollingworth as ‘Outstanding’ and since that report academic standards have risen still further.
