ABC Teachers are currently working closely alongside a school in Sutton Coldfield that require a fully qualified teacher for Year 4 intervention work on a full-time basis.

The two form school is rapidly moving towards achieving an ‘Outstanding’ Oftsed rating and all members of staff are dedicated to constantly raising the standards within the school. The Head Teacher’s ethos is to provide a balanced curriculum in a positive learning environment and she expects all members of staff to pride themselves on this ethos. The school has become one of the most popular in the area due to this welcoming and supportive atmosphere. 

The two Year 4 classes have no current behavioural issues and the role will involve working with small groups of these pupils and providing intervention work focusing on maths and literacy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is looking for a role with less commitment and only a small element of planning will be involved. Prior experience in KS2 is necessary and the chosen candidate will display the determination to become a positive attribute to the school’s hardworking team.
