Job overview

The Governors and Headteacher of this thriving village school are looking to appoint a KS2 teacher to join our existing dedicated team. We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and excellent classroom teacher for our Year 4/5 class. We can offer the opportunity to work with a friendly, supportive and experienced team of staff; hardworking and enthusiastic pupils and committed governors and parents. This post is to commence preferably in September 2017 or as soon as possible after this date.

About Horrington Primary School

Horrington Primary School is a non-selective, co-educational, non-denominational school for boys and girls aged 4-11. It is situated in Wells, Somerset, and is a small village school with 130 pupils on its roll. 

The primary school was first established in 1896 and in 2013 it become an academy. It has a large playground, a playing field, an early years play area and an adventure playground.
