TEACHER OF ECONOMICS
We are seeking an enthusiastic Economics teacher to join this expanding and forward looking department which plays an important part in the academic success and wider cultural life of the school. It is a sought after subject with currently over 200 students studying Economics. Examination results are excellent and the subject enjoys a high status within the school. Applications are equally welcome from experienced or early careers teachers. This post is full-time but part-time may be considered for suitably qualified candidates.
For a successful candidate we are able to support the completion of an MA. Accommodation at a very competitive rate may be available. The admissions policy prioritises children of staff in accordance with the admission arrangements.

Watford Grammar School for Boys is an academy with over 1400 students, including over 400 in the sixth form. From its origins as a charity school for 60 pupils founded by Dame Elizabeth Fuller in 1704, the boys’ school moved to its present site in 1912 and became an Academy in 2010. Located next to the centre of Watford, near Cassiobury Park, it comprises of a Grade II listed building, The Clarendon Muse, The James Theatre, a dedicated STEM Centre and extensive sports facilities.
